Attention MAC RIP users: Apple has discontinued all support for Apple Talk in OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard). As such, ECRM does not recommend upgrading to this operating system at this time.

Attention PC RIP users: Currently Windows Rips should only be loaded on Windows PC's running the 32 Bit operating system. The limitation is to any direct connect ECRM devices. If you are creating Tiff to a ECRM CTP device 64Bit is acceptable. Any questions concerning this notice please contact ECRM Customer Service at 1-800-537-3276.
