Oregon Mako 8 and NewsMatic user says ROI has made him look like a genius

We have been a very satisfied ECRM customer for the last ten years.  ECRM has provided us with an economical cost effective way to transition from traditional film output to CTP in a manner that has made the ROI on these capital expenses appear like I was a genius in making this decision.  We currently have a NewsMatic for web presses and Mako 8 for sheetfed presses.

Installation and transition has always been a beauty to behold due to the ECRM's technicians getting us up and running, producing product the same day!!! How often does this really happen with a competitors installation?  In our case, we have been through six major installations over the years, and every time the installation went better than planned.

The support team at ECRM is exceptional.  At our location we are continually finding new ways to challenge any system that we have installed.  I have had on many occasions to draw on the expertise of ECRM's support staff and engineers, always with positive results.

The ECRM NewsMatic and the Mako 8, if properly maintained, just rarely break down --- and if I ever do have a work stoppage, I have never been down for even one day.  The Mako 8 has very few movable parts and provides back-up for our high production NewsMatic.  Work does not stop, repairs when needed are addressed immediately.  Parts are sent to us overnight, a ECRM service tech will be on sight if needed, or on many occasions we can perform the work under the guidance of ECRM's staff, and be up and runnng in record breking time.

Quite honestly, I have never ever had this kind of service response with any of ECRM's competitors. I feel like we are one team working together.
